FAQs

Where do I download the application?

The NAJU app is available in the Apple and Google Play stores.

How do I create an account?

Once you have installed the app, press the Register button and complete the required information. When you click on the create account button, you will receive a security code on your phone’s messenger. Enter the code you received where indicated by the app. This will complete your account creation.

How do I place an order?

To place an order you must have logged into your account first. Once inside, simply select the product you want to buy by pressing the + button to increase the quantity. Once you have selected the product you want, press the shopping cart button to review the products and continue to process your order. Click on process to continue with checkout. Enter your address where you want us to deliver your product. Finally complete your payment method and press “Send Order” button to complete your order

Is there a minimum amount?

Yes, currently minimum amount is $15 USD per order. We reserve right to increase minimum amount for placing an order.

Is there a delivery cost?

Yes, delivery cost depends on distance between our packing center and your address. Shipping cost will appear when you are in checkout process. Members of our ProSumidor program will receive their deliveries free of charge.

When will my card be charged?

Once you have confirmed your order, shared address for delivery of your products and entered your debit or credit card and press “SEND ORDER” button our bank will charge your card and invoice will be generated.

When will I receive my products?

All orders placed before 11:59PM on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday of current week. Orders completed after 12:00PM will be delivered on Friday of next week.

Where can I find order history?

Order history is saved on our servers which you can access when you need it through your account.

What type of invoice does NAJU issue?

ll invoices issued for our customers are digital, which you can see within your account.

When is an invoice issued?

An invoice is created once user has successfully completed their order.

Where can I find invoices?

  1. From any screen click on profile icon at right bottom of screen
  2. Click on “My orders”. This will take you to order history screen this will take you to screen of all orders made.
  3. To view details of an order simply touch order.
